Starting this blog has been on my heart for a while now, and honestly? It feels like a breath of fresh air just to finally let these thoughts out into the open. My name is Fifi (well, that’s what my friends call me), and this space is going to be all about mental wellness, awareness, healing, and real talk.

I’ve lived with anxiety and waves of depression for most of my adult life. Some days I show up with a smile, and other days, just getting out of bed feels like a full-time job. If you’re reading this and nodding along, I see you. You’re not alone.

So… why start a blog?

Because mental health is often whispered about when it should be spoken loud and clear. Because I’ve spent too many nights spiraling on Google, looking for answers, comfort, or just someone who gets it. And because I wanted to create the kind of space I wish existed when I felt my lowest.

This isn’t going to be a picture-perfect “positivity only” kind of blog. It’s going to be real, sometimes raw, sometimes lighthearted, because healing is messy, but it’s also beautiful. I’ll be sharing what’s helped me cope, the habits I’m still trying to build, my experiences with therapy, tips on self-care, and little pep talks for the rough days.

I’m Fifi

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a big lover of coffee and quiet mornings lol, but most importantly, I’m someone who’s been navigating the ups and downs of mental health for a while now.

Living with anxiety and moments of depression hasn’t been easy, but it’s also what inspired me to start this blog. Writing helps me process, reflect, and heal, and my hope is that by sharing my journey, you’ll feel a little less alone in yours.
